This is the first online review I have ever posted. This weekend, I took my two sons to Gametime. The first game we played was a Spinning Wheel. My son hits the 1,000 and lights go off and the machine starts making noises. He was super excited. Since no tickets spit out, we asked the guy working the front what to do. He said the tickets would show up on our card and he congratulated him. We played for another hour or so. When we left, my son wanted to redeem the tickets so he brought the card to the counter. We were told there were 167 tickets on the card. I said we were missing the 1000. The young man working that counter said to me "That machine screws up all the time." So the manager and what appeared to be an engineer took my card went to the machine then went to the front. HE came back to me and told me that I had "made a mistake. I had hit the 10 which is right next to the 1000." I told him there was no mistake and not only did his employee verify it, but that we were told it would be on the card. He then said "Lights would have went off and noises would be made." My 7 year old kid almost came out of his skin. "The lights DID go off. The alarm did too!" This guy was c
