Tazza Turkish, Middle East and Mediterranean Grill
The owner is extremely rude and egoistic. Had the worst experience ever at a restaurant. The food is actually really good and when I went there for the first time last week with my husband and friend, we realized that the customer service wasn't good at all and the owner of the restaurant was very quiet with an emotionless face, doesn't greet or talk to customers. We gave him the benefit of the doubt that he is just busy so maybe he didn't notice slamming the plates on our table and not acknowledging the pita bread that fell out of the plate as he slammed it. My friend thought the owner was rude but I kind of backed him and said no I think he's just busy and didn't mean to be rude. I really did love the food so today I asked my husband to go there again. It was iftar time and probably everyone seated there was fasting including me and my husband. Cups of water and a bowl of dates were quietly served to the tables on our left and right but we weren't asked if we needed anything. He then was busy trying to plug in the tv when we tried to get his attention to request for water as it had already been 10 minutes after iftar. I am still giving him the benefit of the doubt at this point,
