Roar Through Ybor 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run
Event Details
Join us on Friday, April 19, 2019, in beautiful Centennial Park, as we close down the streets of Ybor City for the 18th Annual Roar Through Ybor evening race! The Roar Through Ybor 5K Race & 1 Mile Fun Run is being held to raise awareness for the cause of organ, eye and tissue donation. This event will also help raise funds for LifeLink Legacy Fund and Lions Eye Institute Foundation, to benefit patients in need of organ, eye and tissue transplantation therapy.
All pre-registered race participants will receive an exclusive dri-fit event t-shirt (guaranteed if registered by April 5, 2019), finisher medal, food and wine/beer!
Race registration begins at 6:00 PM, followed by race kickoff at 7:00 PM sharp. After the race, join us for an awards ceremony where medals will be awarded to the top 3 male and female runners in 15 age categories (ages 4-14 and up to age 80+), overall finisher, and Top Fundraising Team. You can also enjoy local food, wine and beer at the post-race celebration in Centennial Park!
