This showcase features an outstanding collection of Florida talent coming together for a special night of stand-up comedy.
MICHAEL MURILLO: As an award-winning journalist, Michael used his writing skills to inform readers throughout his native Tampa Bay. As a stand-up comedian, he uses those same writing skills to entertain audiences with a unique outlook on religion, relationships, and other topics you probably shouldn't discuss in polite company. Murillo has had the privilege of performing at top comedy clubs, opening for comedians such as Amy Schumer, Tig Notaro and Judy Gold. With a kinda-clean yet controversial demeanor, his optimistic, self-deprecating humor has entertained crowds throughout Florida.
JOHNNY B:For nearly two decades, Johnny B. has been entertaining comedy crowds around the country with a style that can be considered aggressive, logical, offensive, and level-headed all at the same time. He's a dad, he's been divorced, he's a radio personality and he's dealt cards at the World Series of Poker -- twice. All of those perspectives make for hilarious observations on stage that keeps crowds laughing.
CATHERINE MALONEY seems like a typical hard working mom -- except this mom sees teachable moments in the show Snapped, has won the "Biggest Jerk" Comedy Contest and entertains clubs and colleges around the country with her sharp stand-up comedy. A New York native, Maloney finds sarcastic humor in everyday topics like financial struggles, raising children, relationships -- both hers and yours.
HEATHER CAMPESE is a comedy performer and producer who has offered hilariously-blunt perspectives on dating and relationships at comedy clubs and charity events for years.
NATHAN WALLACE has become a regular on the Ft. Myers comedy circuit and now performs in comedy clubs throughout the state.
