Come visit our family, to help your family, make your special day, special! For the past 40 years, the Florida Bakery has been a family owned and operated business. Located in the heart of West Tampa (where the Latin culture has flourished), Florida Bakery continues a Cuban style tradition that was brought here from the recipes of Cuba and Europe. We have a little bit of everything from our specialty Cuban hamburger sandwiches, to loads of pastries and fine international sweets. We also offer catering.

We specialize in our Cuban style cakes that are beautifully decorated for all occasions: weddings, birthdays, sweet 15, baptism, specialty cakes, and more. All our cakes are 3 layers with tropical fruit fillings from guava, pineapple, vanilla custard, coconut to many other flavors. All our cakes are smothered with a special secret syrupy sauce that keeps our cakes very moist and delicious to the taste. And to top it off, it is smoothed out and decorated to your own imagination with our own delicious "meringue” fluffy marshmallow frosting.
