DISHWASHERS:

Responsible for quickly and efficiently cleaning food containers, prep materials, plates, glassware, flatware, and other utensils using the spray nozzle and Hobart machine during a shift to ensure we are fully stocked with clean materials to continue smooth operation of the restaurant. This individual is responsible for general upkeep and organization of the dish washing area as well as stocking sanitation chemicals for use with the Hobart Machine. Proper sanitation protocols must be followed. Responsibilities also include opening duties, closing, and cleaning duties. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
