Redlands Grill is currently hiring BARTENDERS

Looking for high energy people with a glowing personality, a professional appearance, who are guest-driven while striving for excellence.

BARTENDERS:

Bartenders are responsible for welcoming guests choosing to dine and drink in the bar area, including the bar top, drink rails, and (potentially ) tables. Also responsible for the set-up, maintenance (stocking & cleaning), and operation of the bar, including pouring beer, wine, and making liquor drinks. Coordination of bar service requires strong communication and teamwork with other employees. At times, the coordination of bar service also requires strong communication with back-of-the-house personnel. The result of proficient performance in the bar is a dining experience that meets/exceeds guest expectations.

• Two years bartending experience preferred

Training:

If hired, you will have the opportunity to train alongside some of our veteran staff and learn in a hands-on environment. Training is completed over a period of several shifts. You will be required to study training materials on basic company information, menu knowledge, liquor/beer/wine, service standards, and more. You will be provided with tests and test keys along with one on one training to ensure successful training. Each day, you will be exposed to more of the role and responsibilities. At the conclusion of each day, you will sit down with your trainer and a manager to evaluate the quality of your training shift, with the opportunity to receive positive feedback and goal setting for the next day of training.
