Looking for high energy people with a glowing personality, a professional appearance, who are guest-driven while striving for excellence.

HOSTS:

Hosts are responsible for welcoming guests and coordinating front desk systems to graciously and systematically seat parties in the restaurant. This position requires strong communication and teamwork with other employees. The result of proficient performance is the delivery of professional and positive first impressions. This first impression will create the building blocks for a dining experience that meets/exceeds guests’ expectations.

• No serving experience required, but must have a coach-able attitude

Training:

If hired, you will have the opportunity to train alongside some of our veteran staff and learn in a hands-on environment. Training is completed over a period of several shifts. You will be required to study training materials on basic company information, reservation systems, service standards, and more. You will be provided with tests and test keys along with one on one training to ensure successful training. Each day, you will be exposed to more of the role and responsibilities. At the conclusion of each day, you will sit down with your trainer and a manager to evaluate the quality of your training shift, with the opportunity to receive positive feedback and constructive criticism.
