Looking for high energy people with a glowing personality, a professional appearance, who are guest-driven while striving for excellence.

SERVERS:

Servers are responsible for coordinating the delivery of food and beverages tableside in a designated three table section in the dining room. Coordination of tableside service requires strong communication and teamwork with other employees. Performance is measured based on ability to replicate service standards and specifications, which are designed to meet/exceed the guest’s expectations for a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities also include opening, closing, and running side work, ensuring the restaurant operation runs smoothly.

• No serving experience required, but must have a coach-able attitude

Training:

If hired, you will have the opportunity to train alongside some of our veteran staff and learn in a hands-on environment. Training is completed over a period of several shifts. You will be required to study training materials on basic company information, menu knowledge, liquor/beer/wine, service standards, and more. You will be provided with tests and test keys, along with one on one training to ensure successful training. Each day, you will be exposed to more of the role and responsibilities. At the conclusion of each day, you will sit down with your trainer and a manager to evaluate the quality of your training shift, with the opportunity to receive positive feedback and goal setting for the next day of training.
