Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is hosting a special Mother’s Day brunch at SHOR American Seafood Grill.
The Mother’s Day brunch will be available on Sunday, May 12 between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. It will feature several breakfast selections including made-to-order omelets, pecan sticky buns, challah French toast, croque monsieur, and a variety of delicious pastries. The meal will also showcase a selection of artisan cured meats and handcrafted cheeses, fresh seafood including jumbo gulf shrimp and crab, cold water raw oysters, and smoked salmon.
Guests can also enjoy several entrée selections including spiral ham with brown sugar and onion jam, a beef tenderloin with a mushroom escabeche and truffle demi-glaze, pimento macaroni and cheese, and a garlic clove chicken. Additionally, the menu will feature several cocktail options including bottomless mimosas, Bloody Mary options, a “Peachy Bellini” cocktail, as well as an extensive selection of decadent desserts.
