Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Easter Brunch at SHOR Seafood Grill

Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa will hold a special Easter brunch at SHOR American Seafood Grill. The meal will feature an extravagant buffet featuring breakfast favorites, savory entrees, and decadent desserts, as well as a special appearance from the Easter Bunny.

The menu will feature a variety of breakfast favorites, and fresh seafood selections including jumbo gulf shrimp, cold water oysters, and crab claws and legs served with a house-made jalapeno cocktail sauce. Entrée selections include spiral ham with a brown sugar spice glaze, slow-roasted leg of lamb with mint chutney, a roasted strip loin with tarragon horseradish, and baked gnocchi with wild mushrooms.
Families can meet and take photos with the Easter Bunny between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
