The grand opening weekend at Sparkman Wharf begins on November 30th! Sparkman Wharf will feature one acre of open space with an event lawn, Biergarten, and dining garden, situated in a relaxed, outdoor setting along Garrison Channel in downtown Tampa.

Dining garden grub from the new culinary concepts — developed inside repurposed shipping containers by 10 local chefs and restaurateurs, including BT Nguyen (BT in a Box), Ferrell Alvarez and Ty Rodriguez (Gallito), and Jeannie Pierola (Edison's Swigamajig Divebar and Fishkitchen) — are available during Sparkman Wharf's multiday grand opening, as is the Fermented Reality Biergarten with 30-plus taps that put an emphasis on Florida craft beer.
