• Operate trash compactor and dishwasher.
• Receive and store food supplies.
• Clean, per approved sanitation and safety guidelines, all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans and related food preparation/serving items and equipment.
• Operate dish washer per approved guidelines.
