Phase I Renovation Complete:
• University Mall completed an extensive $11 million interior and exterior renovation.
• New exterior mall entrances feature updated landscaping and new pylon signage.
• Interior upgrades include new carpeted soft seating areas, updated directional signage, enhanced lighting, children's soft-play area and new family restrooms.
• Food court renovations include new furniture, fixtures and enhanced lighting along with a Wi-Fi Lounge overlooking center court.
