Sweetwater Organic Community Farm

Our Community enjoys fresh organic veggies, a Sunday Market, music, learning opportunities, thoughtful work, and peace. Market will reopen on 10/16/16!

We are an urban farm located just northwest of Tampa International Airport off of Hillsborough Avenue. We offer several opportunities to become involved in urban agriculture through our CSA Membership program, Volunteer, Field Trip, or Sunday Market program. To become a CSA Member means that you purchase a "share" of what we grow for the season. Members can choose to pick up their share every week ("Full Membership") or every other week ("Half Membership"). The certified organic veggies and herbs are grown, harvested, washed, and ready for pick-up on our designated pick-up days. Our season lasts approximately 30 weeks from November to May.

We also offer a seasonal Farmer's Market on Sundays (Nov-May) that is open to the public from 12:00-4:00 every Sunday except Easter. We feature organic produce, local food and craft vendors, live music, yoga, workshops, and farm tours.

There are many volunteer opportunities at the farm, and a popular Field Trip program for school children.
