WARNING PARENTS!!!CHECK, CHECK, INSPECT everything you purchase BEFORE leaving the store! Bought my daughter a karoke machine from there only to find a cracked screen and the machine completly seperated in two. Returned to the store and told by the manager no refunds or exchanges! She didn't even see the product she relayed the message via an associate over the phone! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Have been a loyal customer for years and I will never return to that place! GREEDY, GRINCHES to do this to customer before Christmas!
