I could not find a way to respond to the review and felt it was important to acknowledge the only review on this site...We strive for an amazing evening each time we open the doors for the Mystery Dinner...they are always fun and full of energy, not sure why your food was cold as it is a catered event and comes right from the oven to your talbe...so sorry for that..will have a connersation with the chef as this is so important an element to a wonderful evening, we have such a great time doing these nights and try to make it so for our guest..the wait staff even dresses parts. Anytime you use a coupon (and you will find this to be true anywhere) tax and gratuity are added at your destination and it is clearly stated on your coupon certificate...we are like most shows..there are things we offer that you may want to participate in and things you may not ie..photos, bar dressing up etc...we have been sold out for a year and a half and continue to work on becoming better and better so we thank you for your comments and hope you'll give us another try as the food and the mystery changes every 3 months...cheers
