Rice Restaurant and Lounge is honestly the worst Korean restaurant in Tampa Bay. I have had numerous negative encounters there with the service and the food. My last experience was downright terrible. Even kimchi, which is the staple of Korean cuisine, was terrible. How can a Korean restaurant, run by Korean people, ruin the basic side dish of their food? I have lived in Korea and I think Korean people would be dismayed by the performance of this restaurant and how it represents them in America. I heard they make most of their money off catering, so I suppose the restaurant is just there as a skeleton? The air-conditioning was broken during my last visit and we were basically roasting in an oven. The entire restaurant was deserted. Regardless, no future plans to head here and if you're smart you won't make any either.

    Cons: Food, service, atmosphere...
