Le' Anns Cheesecakes 'N More began with a secret family recipe passed down through four generations of Le’Ann’s family. After years of making it at home, Le’Ann started making whole cheesecake for sale locally in Tampa as both Le’Ann and her husband, Joseph, began their journey. From there they had to find out how to keep their Cheesecakes cold in the Florida heat. Once they developed their process for the single slice jars to keep the sweet and creamy cheesecake cold they found spots locally on store shelves and slowly began growing. Over the next few years they took their cheesecakes from being a small bakery to a regional cheesecake wholesaler who distributes their cheesecakes throughout Florida and soon throughout the United States and North America.
