Hyde Park Healthy, a free fitness event series, continues in Hyde Park Village!
Event Details
Fitness classes will take place the first four Saturdays of every month from 9am-10am in Village Circle and will continue through the end of June
The classes are free to the public but a RESERVATION IS REQUIRED due to limited spots available. (Link goes live Monday, January 22)
Week 1: Yoga / Circuit Blend taught by CAMP
Week 2: Barre taught by Pure Barre
Week 3: Barre taught by Pure Barre
Weel 4: Stroller Strides taught by Fit4Mom
After class, stop by Buddy Brew Coffee for their "Post-Sweat Party". They will be offering complimentary light bites - just for you!
