Grab your pups, dress them up, and head on down to Irish 31 for the St. Pups Tricks Costume Contest, Saturday March 14th. Held in conjunction with Irish 31's massive PaddyFest extravaganza and benefitting ACT, the Animal Coalition of Tampa, the three pooches with the most creative costumes will win some awesome prizes.
