Zukku Sushi is looking for reliable, driven, hard-working individuals who are ready to grow with us. We curate and execute authentic Japanese tradition made from local, high quality ingredients. Visit us at the Heights Public Market in Armature Works. We are looking for kitchen chefs. You'll work closely with the General Manager to learn, understand, and execute our items. Presentation is part of who we are, and we recognize eating involves your mouth and eyes!

Responsibilities: Cleanliness Ensure proper food storage and monitor quality of ingredients Ability to stock and retrieve all necessary food items and supplies Ability to set-up workstations with all needed equipments Keep a sanitized and orderly environment

Qualifications: Basic food and sushi knowledge required. Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train. Basic food preparation knowledge and line work experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and adaptation skills Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation TBD based on experience

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
