Responsibilities
This position is responsible for providing courteous Spa Services to Guests
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

Responds to customer inquiries and complaints

Schedules guest appointments

Maintains client databases and updating profiles

Coordinates facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency

Reviews and coordinates information for service providers

Maintains and/or edits client profiles

Performs stocking and retail related duties
Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Previous Guest service experience in a Spa, Retail, or similar environment preferred
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have basic mathematical skills and cash handling skills
- Must be comfortable working with computers in a highly energetic and regulated environment
- Must be willing to assist with any Guest requests in a consummately professional, positive, and proactive manner
Work Environment:
- Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in the hotel and spa setting, which can be faced-paced. Also, there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
