Responsibilities

CASHIER

 

The Cashier is responsible for operating a cash register to process orders and collect payments from customers as well as assist the team in providing a positive guest experience. Qualifications for this position:

  • 3-6 months of money handling or cashiering experience preferred
  • Must have good math skills
  • Must have 10-key adding machine experience
  • Must possess good guest service skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members

 

HOST/HOSTESS 

 

The Host(ess) is responsible for Serving, welcoming and greeting guests at restaurant, obtains information from guests and ushers guests to seats ensuring a positive guest experience. Qualifications for this position:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 months experience in high volume food service or customer service preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
  • Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
