The Busser is responsible for preparing dining rooms for use, cleans appropriate areas, and sets tables for further use ensuring a positive guest experience in the restaurant.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

• Completing all established set-up
• Stocking and closing duties on time; clearing, cleaning and resetting tables according to procedures and adhering to health and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist the team in creating a positive guest experience

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in high volume food service or customer service preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
