Service Cleanliness Bang for your Buck Parking & Accessibility
Not many people really know about Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park or maybe they know the area but not familiar with it actually being a park. The advancement of the Tampa Riverwalk has really made this park come to life. Just south of the Forum, along the water and overlooking Harbour Island, sits this beautiful park with benches and a playground. Take a stroll through the park along the Riverwalk and enjoy an evening in Downtown Tampa!
Pros: Clean and beautiful waterfront park in Downtown Tampa. Only a short walk from many of downtown's attractions.
Cons: The park doesn't have it's own parking so during events at the Forum or Channelside you may have difficulty in parking if you are driving here.
Lovely park with a nice playground for kids, an open green space, a pier on the water and access to the River Walk. Can get a little sketchy after nightfall.
