⛵ RSVP only event in a fenced park with port-a-lets, views of the parade, hang out areas with food and drinks available for purchase. LIMITED SPACE.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
▶️ Can a friend check in for me? YES
Send your friend your ticket confirmation. They will then be able to pick up your wristband.
▶️ Can I check in my entire group? YES
If you ordered for a group, you or anyone in your group can check everyone in at once and pick up the wristbands.
▶️ Can I check in after Check-In closes? NO
If you cannot make it to Check-in before it closes, please have one of your friends pick up your wristband early by forwarding your ticket.
▶️ Once checked in, can I join the Crawl late? YES
After you picked up your wristbands, feel free to join the Crawl later. However, wristband privileges (free welcome shots and drink specials) are not valid after the event has officially finished.
▶️ Can I buy Brunch on event day? MAYBE (Subject to availability)
"Crawl Only" ticket holders must buy a new “Brunch Ticket” and will get their original order refunded.
▶️ Can I eat brunch at any location? NO
You can only have brunch at the location stated on your ticket.
▶️ Can I get from A to B without my car? YES
There are multiple ways to move between Downtown, South Tampa and Ybor or from Bar to Bar. Use Scooters, Bikes, Uber, Lyft, StreetCar or the classic: Walk ?
We recommend to Uber or Lyft to your starting venue as parking will be limited for Gasparilla.

▶️ Can I avoid long lines at Check-In? YES

REFUND POLICY:
▶️ No Refunds will be issued for no-shows, missing the mandatory event check-in time, lost or misplaced wristbands, being denied entry into a venue for any reason or being denied welcome shots for any reason. Allowing access or giving out welcome shots is at the discretion of the bars and bartenders and depends on the individual circumstance.
▶️ While we always do our best to work with the bars to ensure the best service, we can’t always guarantee that everyone gets the same service from the first to the last participant. The level of service will however always meet our minimum requirements.
▶️ Depending on the situation, complimentary tickets to an upcoming event may be issued.
