This is an all ages carnival, art show, and music festival offers thrilling rides, captivating games, and delicious fair cuisine against the stunning backdrop of the Hillsborough River and Downtown Tampa skyline.

With an innovative ART integration featuring works from 75 talented artists, including the Jason Perez and TT Art Collectives, attendees can immerse themselves in a fusion of art and music.
