Description
Heights Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration | Armature Works
Event Details
Join us Saturday, December 5th, from 6pm – 8pm, for the 3rd annual Heights Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration at Armature Works hosted by WFLA’s Lila Gross and in partnership with the Straz Center. We are so excited to kick of the holidays with protocols in place for a safe and cheerful holiday season.
This outdoor, family friendly event kicks off at 6pm with Holiday music, socially distanced Santa and Mrs. Claus photo ops, local craft vendors, Straz Center performances, and plenty of Holiday cheer. Dancers from the Straz Center’s Patel Conservatory will perform multiple celebratory numbers from the Nutcracker Outdoor Wonderland, running at The Straz Dec. 11-23.
WFLA’s Lila Gross will lead the countdown to the lighting of the tree at 7pm immediately followed by a holiday caroling performance by the Patel Conservatory's Bella Voce singers. To adhere to Covid-19 guidelines we ask that all attendees wear masks as our staff and performers will be required to wear masks. Visits with Santa will look a little different this year with a custom-built bench and plexiglass shield to protect our patrons.
We will have hand sanitizing stations and masks available to all attendees and ask that all visitors adhere to social distancing. We look forward to safely welcoming the Holiday season with you and to spreading joy all month long at Armature Works!
