Sparkman Wharf is celebrating its second anniversary with a weekend of free events and a way to give back to the Tampa Bay community including Wheels to Water, a boat-up and drive-in movie, a food drive in partnership with Metropolitan Ministries, live music by The Black Honkeys Band and a water ski show featuring the Tampa Bay Water Ski Show Team on Friday, November 20 through Sunday, November 22, 2020.
