Event Details
The Afro-American Historical & Genealogical Society presents Florida Black Cowboys, Past & Present. This open house will highlight the story of African-Americans in the cattle industry of Florida, from the herding traditions of their African roots, to the complex world of ranching today. The accompanying exhibit from the Florida Agricultural Museum will be on display at the Robert W. Saunders, Sr. Public Library throughout the month of March.
