With our partner Conscious Coconut a meal will be provided through Feeding America for every person who attends. Last year over 1000 meals were provided!

This FREE YOGA class will be led by Valarie Rodriguez Yuskaitis, beloved instructor at Bella Prana Yoga Studio, and as always your music will be led by DJ Menscha!

WHEN?
Sunday, March 22nd, 6:00pm - 7:15pm and we hope you'll hang out after at Armature Works for a drink or tea with your community as the sun sets!

WHERE?
Armature Works - 1910 N Ola Ave, Tampa, FL 33602

WHAT DO I BRING?
Bring your mat and a water bottle. Maybe a blanket for chilling after, or just use your mat as a picnic blanket.

WHAT DO I WEAR?
Come as you are and maybe add some rockin' flare. We've seen everything from died hair and fake tatoos to a classic band t-shirt. Totally up to you, but we hope you'll join us throwing in a little extra edge!

WHO CAN COME?
Everyone! All ages and yoga levels are welcome!

WHAT DOES IT COST?
Nothing! It's Bella Prana's gift to the community. In fact for each person a meal will be donated to Feeding America with our partner Conscious Coconut.

WHERE DO I PARK?
You can park in the Armature Works parking lot. Come a little early so you have some extra time to park and please be aware of any street signage. If you can be green please car pool or ride your bike up the river walk!
