Neo soul/indie pop band Fitz and The Tantrums will open the 2018 Honda NHL® All-Star Weekend festivities in downtown Tampa, the National Hockey League and Tampa Bay Sports Commission announced today. The two-hour concert will begin at 8 p.m. and feature additional musical performances and special guest appearances.
