For well over a decade, Pied Piper Productions & The Nocturnal Group have been treating our beloved city to the most extravagant Halloween parties Tampa Bay. Pied Piper's massive Halloween Partyhas relocated to a whole city block in front of the Franklin Manor to elevate your party experience.
