Join Mayor Buckhorn for the Grand Opening of the Kennedy Segment of the Tampa Riverwalk. Ribbon cutting, food trucks, entertainment, special screening of Dolphin Tale.

After more than 40 years in the making, the Kennedy Segment of the Tampa Riverwalk is set to open on Friday, March 27th. Join us to celebrate!
5pm: Ribbon cutting with Mayor Bob Buckhorn and Tampa's former mayors
6pm: Activities in Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, food truck vendors and other entertainment including special guests from Lowry Park Zoo and Florida Aquarium.
Blue Bell Ice Cream will be serving free cups of hand-dipped ice cream, including its signature Homemade Vanilla flavor.
8pm: special screening of "Dolphin Tale"
