The Bolts Family Carnival is the Lightning Foundations marquis annual fundraising event. Funds raised at this years Carnival will enable the Lightning Foundation to support the American Heart Association, Feeding Tampa Bay, Junior Achievement, the V Foundation, and the Tampa Bay History Center!
