The Cheesecake Factory Ratings & Reviews
The Cheesecake Factory always serves up some delicious dishes. I'm partial to their salads - my favorite is their barbeque chicken salad - but they've got great sandwiches, burgers, and pasta too. Their menu is HUGE! Plenty of options for everyone at your table.
Overall a good place with an extensive menu which makes The Cheesecake Factory a great place for parties. I used to love this place but the past few times I have been were only good, not great.
Pros: Great place for large groups such as a birthday dinner. The outside patio for people watching.
Cons: Prices are reasonable but you can run up a pretty big tab with the overly priced specialty cocktails. Can have long waits during weekends due to the amount of large parties.
This Cheesecake Factory is surprisingly the only one in Tampa besides the one in Brandon. This location gets crazy packed with customers and lines on a weeknight or weekend can be hours. There is so many things to love about The Cheesecake Factory. Huge portions? Check. Delicious sourdough bread and butter? Check. Excellent drinks? Check. Wide menu with over 20 pages of options from tons of cuisines to make anyone in the family happy? Check. Kids menu? Check. Low-calories menu? Check. Huge dessert menu? Check. The Cheesecake Factory aims to please anyone and everyone and that is what makes it so great and why Cheesecake Factory will be around for many, many years to come.
Pros: Diverse menu options, perfect for anyone - delicious food and great drinks
Cons: Service can be spotty at times due to the crowds
I used to come here just for the cheesecake, but they're food is also really good. Their portions are pretty big, so you can split with a friend if you're not too hungry. The service is also efficient and friendly. I've never had a problem with their staff.
Came here for a friend's birthday. Had the Louisiana Chicken pasta and it was delicious!
Busy, but really really delicious. I went for brunch for the first time and was blown away. The breakfast burrito is enormous and between that and a piece of banana cream cheesecake (so good), I didn't eat again for the entire day!
Pros: Food, Service, atmosphere.
Cons: So Busy! If you want brunch I would say get there no later than 11 or you will be waiting a half hour or more easily.
Got the Bacon Bacon Burger and was not disappointed. Food was great, waitress was perfect.
Our appetizer was delicious along with our drinks.. However our entrees (pizza and pasta) were flacid and souplike. I would only return for the cheesecake as the rest of their menu is outdated, overstated, and entirely too extensive.
Pros: The customer service is just about the only thing that makes this restaurant a destination place.
Cons: Their entire menu and execution of it.
The nacho dish is a cultural experience of great flavors. A perfect blend of fresh veggie ingredients. Not too spicy with the jalapeno peppers. Very enjoyable.
