Love love love Armani's! I have been dining here since they opened and the quality and dedication to service have not diminished one bit!

Pros: I love the way they support our community through charity.

Cons: None that I can think of - maybe distance. I am one of those weirdos who hates to leave South Tampa, but I will for Armani's!

My experience with Armani's was diplorible! I have taken on the mission to make known how a person that dedicated her talents to make an otherwise regular dinning experience into an experience to remember. How things such as I am spending my time to voice still happen is so disheartening to me I hope I do this matter justice and spare a future employee the dishonest practice I was witness to.

Pros: None to speak of as of yet.

Cons: Make sure you have a savings built and are not counting on getting the competition you already worked for in an acceptable amount of time. Not to mention I feel that had this happened to another vendor with a bigger business model or a better known company it would have never been handled in such an unprofessional manner.

Just wanted to update what I was referring to in my previous post. After giving My 64 year old, with stage 4 bone cancer mother-in-law the run around, multiple excuses and reassuring her she would get her pay by no later than 1/31/20 as she had to pay her storage unit that has the last of her possessions. She was told that she "COULD" put a stop payment on it but this will just lengthen the time as to her receiving it as her only alternative to her not receiving it. I spoke with the property manager and her had made a comment to a staff member in the Chicago office that had she made it known that it was an urgent matter they could have resolved the issue of making her wait and that they could stop payment and have it overnighted!!! I was speechless. So I was asking why did I have to talk to multiple employees and hear how she was just in need of this so she could get her storage taken care of before leaving for GA to be with her family as she enters into Hospice the Finance Manager stated that we are taking care of this for her now so basically just be happy that your getting it now attitude I asked if she warranted a dinner on them for all her head ache and patience not to mention

Pros: No one that I can speak of!

Cons: Dishonest business practices and games. So arrogant that they could not treat a terminal woman that they made feel badly about me being persistent thinks that she was the one in the wrong for having me handle it a meal and night out! So unnerving.

Arman's is one of the best romantic restaurants in Tampa! Definitely one of the coolest hotel restaurants, it is perfect for those who want to stay in Tampa after dining and drinking

Definitely a great place to take the special someone for a special occasion. I went for an anniversary and got seated by the window so we could see the amazing sunset over the bay. My girlfriend was wearing black so they switched her cloth napkin with a black one instead of white which was very classy. The steak was cooked to perfection and they had the right wine to go with it. I spent about $150 for this dinner occasion but it was well worth it and they even brought out a complimentary dessert for our anniversary.

Pros: Excellent food, great view of Tampa Bay, the service is the best, definitely a 5 star restaurant!

Cons: It is VERY expensive but is still a great bang for your buck because the food, service, and quality is all there.
