A new, healthy Chinese restaurant concept titled Wok Chi plans to open their first location at Regency Square in Brandon sometime during the second quarter of 2013, according to Brandon Patch.
Wok Chi will specialize in "pan-regional" Chinese cuisine, most of which will be cooked to order in a wok, the large, round pan the restaurant takes a part of its name from. This means a variety of fresh, bold ingredients like all natural meats and healthy vegetables cooked at high temperatures by fully trained wok masters inside the kitchen.
Wok Chi will boast a modern, casual, and forward-thinking interior perfect for a quick, casual lunch or dinner that won't leave you sluggish or guilt-ridden after dining. With 3,300 square feet of space inside Regency Square, the new restaurant concept will have room to seat 80 inside and 50 more on its outdoor patio.
Wok Chi will serve lunch and dinner seven days a week with an average meal cost of about $12, according to Patch.
