Each of BRIO’s catering packages includes your choice of salad, entree, sourdough bread, and flaxseed crackers. The smallest option on Brio's catering list is the Family Bundle, serving 4-5 people. Choose one of the two salad options and one of the eight entree options for $49, then add on your dessert. You can get decadent tiramisu, made of ladyfingers layered with coffee liqueur, Mascarpone cheese, and cocoa for $36. Or opt for the savory Brio Cheesecake with caramelized sugar, anglaise sauce, and fresh strawberries for $42.
The next Brio catering order is the Catering Pan, serving 6-8 guests. It lets you mix and match appetizers, salads, and entrees. Please your vegetarian guests with meatless appetizers, including Tomato Caprese and Roasted Garlic, Spinach, and Artichoke Dip. The fulfilling entrees include favorites like Pasta All Vodka, a ricotta-filled pasta topped with pancetta and dressed in spicy tomato cream, and Lasagna Bolognese, a hearty meal made with alfredo, ricotta, mozzarella, and meat sauce.

BRIO Catering Bundles serve 10 guests. They include the flavorful BRIO Chopped Salad and Caesar Salad, plus satisfying entrees like Chicken Marsala, Chicken Milanese, Lasagna, Shrimp Mediterranean, Chicken Limone, and Gorgonzola Beef Medallions. The largest Brio’s catering option is the Pasta Station, which serves more than 10 guests and includes your choice of one salad, two kinds of pasta, three sauces, and three proteins for your guests to help themselves.
