Tiki Docks, a new concept from the 23 Restaurant Services will open by the end of 2018 in Riverview. The restaurant will be approximately 15,000 square feet, including two patio bars with a third bar inside and a dock for you to park your boat on the Alafia River while enjoying a sunset dinner! The restaurant also plans to offer kayak and paddle board rentals to take advantage of the riverfront setting.
23 Restaurant Services is the parent company of several well-known Tampa Bay restaurants, including the popular Ford's Garage and Yeoman's Cask & Lion Pub. Tiki Docks will be located at 10708 Palmetto Street in Riverview, off of U.S. Hwy 301 near the intersection of Hwy 301 and Balm Riverview Road. As a Brandon native and Riverview High School graduate, I think I can safely say Tiki Docks is a huge addition to the Riverview community, and will become wildly popular immediately.
Tiki Docks will break ground in Riverview in the coming weeks with plans to be open by the end of 2018. The menu will feature items such as peel-and-eat shrimp, burgers, ahi tuna, grilled wings and more to be announced closer to opening. 23 Restaurant Services reportedly has a $7.2 million budget for the construction of Tiki Docks. The plans for Tiki Docks were first reported by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
