St. Petersburg-based coffee cafe Kahwa Coffee is gearing up to expand with nine new locations expected to open throughout the Tampa Bay area in the next two years according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Kicking off with the opening of their sixth location at a former Wendy's restaurant in South Tampa expected for mid-October, Kahwa will soon hit the ground running with a rapid expansion throughout Tampa and beyond.
The new South Tampa Kahwa, located at 3928 Henderson Boulevard, will boast 2,800 square feet of indoor space, outdoor seating, and on-site parking, the Journal reports.
Kahwa first opened its doors in 2005. In addition to its coffee shops, Kahwa also roasts all their coffee beans at a production site located in St. Petersburg.
