Over their three years of existence, Grille 54 has built a dedicated following with a solid, varied menu packed with delectable appetizers, hearty entrees, some of the best sushi rolls in Tampa, and much more.
Even with a dependable menu, it's nice to change things up every once and a while. That's exactly why they're is introducing a handful of new appetizers and entrees well suited for their existing repertoire and Grille 54 regulars seeking something inventive and new.
Appetizers include Risotto Balls ($8.95) - sausage and parmesan served with marinara sauce and buffalo chicken served with a spicy, mascarpone cheese sauce - and New England Style Lobster Rolls ($10.95) with fresh cooked lobster meat tossed in mayonaise and celery, served on mini buns.
Others include Spinach and Lobster Dip ($9.95) with creamy artisan cheese, Maine Lobster and fresh spinach served with homemade tortilla points; and Sausage and Peppers ($8.95)featuring Italian sausages cooked with bell peppers, sweet onions, crushed tomatoes, and garlic served with warm bread.
Grille 54 has also introduced a new assortment of entrees. Dine on their new, all-natural bison burger topped with cheddar, pancetta bacon, whole grain mustard and served with sweet potato fries. If you're a fan of Italian fare, check out their new Chicken and Sausage Scapariello served over garlic mashed potatoes, or baked penne with meatballs, sausage, and fresh chopped tomatoes topped with mozarella. Veal fans will take delight in Grille 54's new Veal Dominick featuring veal scallopini with tomatoes, mushrooms, eggplant, artichokes, and pistachio nuts in a white wine butter sauce over cappellini cake.
