On November 11, 2013, America will be honoring our veterans who have showed bravery and honor to our country. Veteran's Day is a special day for America, and participating restaurants in the Tampa Bay area have decided to give back their thanks by providing free meals. Here is a list of just a few of the many restaurants that will be preparing deliciously free meals over the Veteran's Day weekend.
California Pizza Kitchen - Two of the California Pizza Kitchen locations will be participating in the free meal give away on Monday the 11th, one at International Plaza in Tampa and one on Brandon Town Center Drive in Brandon. Veterans will get to indulge in a free pizza and non-alcoholic beverage with valid ID.
Hooters - Beautiful girls and free wings...every veteran's dream that will come to a reality on Veteran's Day. All eight of the Tampa Hooters locations will be providing 10 free boneless wings with a drink purchase to veterans and active duty military personnel. This offer is only valid with Military ID or proof of military service.
Champps - If you're a burger person, then you will want to come out to Champps on Veteran's Day and get your burger fix. With proof of military which includes just being in a military uniform, you will receive a free burger and waffle fries. Choose from seven of their famous burgers including Champps Cheeseburger, Carolina, Shroom, The Guac, Firehouse, Chipotle BBQ, and Bleu.
Bar Louie - For two days, all vets and active military get to enjoy a freebie from Bar Louie. On Nov. 10th & 11th, choose any food item on the menu that's up to $12 value and enjoy it for free! Beverages and gratuity are not included in this offer, and you must show proof of military service. Two Bar Louie's can be found in Tampa Bay; International Plaza in Tampa and one on US 19 in Clearwater.
