The main focus at First Flight is wine and cheese with a number of craft and gourmet cheeses served alongside almonds, olives, a honeycomb, and bread to make for a great, flavorful snack before or after your trip.
But, the food selection definitely doesn't stop there, First Flight Wine Bar offers a handful of meals large and small with highlights including ceviche with passion fruit, chilies, basil, cucumber, smoked sea salt, and yucca manchego croquet; house smoked salmon carpaccio; lobster poutine with fingerling fries; and much more.
First Flight Wine Bar also offers a rotating list of 24 different wines by the glass or bottle ranging from deep reds to refreshing whites as well as cocktails and beer from their fully-stocked bar.
