CinéBistro Hyde Park and Grove 16 will both be offering special Valentine's Day menus. Dinner and a movie is the ultimate date night for any couple on Valentine's Day. The luxury movie theatre's oversized leather loveseats are the perfect way to get close and couples can choose from the regular American bistro-inspired dinner menu or a special Valentine's Day menu available Wednesday, February 13, through Sunday, February 17.
CinéBistro Hyde Park will be offering a more traditional three-course menu available a la carte. Guests can indulge in pan-seared diver scallops with red Himalayan rice, ginger sautéed spinach and blood orange beurre blanc as an appetizer and savor beef wellington with wild mushroom duxelle, grilled asparagus, roasted parsnips and Béarnaise sauce as an entrée. For dessert, a red velvet mousse cake with whipped cream cheese mousse, pearled chocolate crispies and fresh strawberries will be the perfect end to a perfect date.
CinéBistro at Grove 16 showcases the theatre’s American bistro-style cuisine with several a la carte dishes including a special rendition of “Surf N’ Turf” with filet mignon served with truffle-scented wild mushroom shallot cream and lobster tail served with Tahitian vanilla beurre blanc and a roasted corn potato cake. For dessert, guests can select from raspberry swirl cheesecake stack with graham cracker crust layered with raspberry gelé or “goodnight kiss” cocktail with Skyy raspberry vodka, blackberry brandy, cherry juice and a splash of lime with fresh berries and a sugar rim.
