The Marvel Universe LIVE! Age of Heroes touring show will help start off the new year in entertainment when it visits Tampa's Amalie Arena from January 5th through 7th. Come out and watch some of Marvel's finest superheroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor and the Avengers, and the Guardians of the Galaxy, as they prepare to do battle against threatening villains such as Nebula, the Green Goblin, and Rhino in an effort to save the universe from evil. It's a race against time to recover the Wand of Watoomb before Loki can get hold of it. Prepare to be wowed with cutting-edge special effects, video projections, and state-of-the-art graphics while immersing yourself in fun for the entire family! Over 25 characters are slated to make an appearance.
There will be a total of six shows in downtown Tampa, with ticket prices starting as low as $20. Tickets can be purchased online or at the Amalie Arena box office. Prepaid parking is also available. The touring Marvel show begins with a single performance Friday, January 5th at 7:00 p.m. There are three shows on Saturday, January 6th at 11:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m., and two more shows on Sunday, January 7th at 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Each show runs approximately one hour and 45 minutes (including intermission).
Marvel Universe LIVE! Age of Heroes is produced by Feld Entertainment, Inc., which produces many other popular touring events like Disney on Ice, Monster Jam, and Sesame Street Live. Owned by Juliette and Nicole Feld, the company is the worldwide leader in live touring entertainment shows. The company was founded in 1967, and is headquartered in Palmetto, Florida.
