Best place to do some kickboxing, boxing, and lose some weight!
Amazing workouts that really work you out. When they say you can burn up to 1,000 calories per workout they aren't kidding! I didn't think I was capable of as much as I did, really have to hand it to the instructors for pushing me. 10/10 would sweat again.
Title Boxing is without a doubt one of the best ways to revive lagging motivation. The format of the classes is engaging and will challenge everyone regardless of physical ability. The Brandon Location staff is great. The trainers are fantastic. After visiting a lot of gyms and not feeling comfortable this place definitely made me feel right at home!
Pros: Clean, convenient hours, well trained staff and extremely challenging!
Cons: parking can be a bit cramped at times but your there for the exercise so a one minute walk should be no big deal
