Description
Amazing Kidz Therapy, PLLC is hosting its 6th Annual scramble golf tournament for up to 120 golfers to enjoy a day of fun in the sun at a local golf course. All proceeds from the event will go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Each Player Ticket Includes:
Greens and cart fees
Access to practice area during registration
Breakfast
Lunch
Give away bag
Registration will begin at 7:00am with a shotgun start promptly at 8:15am.
The event will have the following skills contests:
4 Hole-in-one contests throughout the course
Putting Contest
Longest Drive
Lunch and awards ceremony to follow with prizes and raffles.
