For USF students, it's always a struggle to get to Bayshore Blvd on Gasparilla. If you fancy an adventure then set course for Tampa Bay and head to the celebration this way. However, not anymore! As we are here to guide you through.
The first option that will keep you out of traffic, for the most part, will be taking an Uber or Lyft to Ybor City, jumping on the TECO Streetcar, and taking it toward the parade, for free! This way, you will avoid traffic in or near Downtown, keeping your Uber or Lyft rates low and your pockets happy.
If you want to rent a party bus, that's another option, but it's not as cost-effective especially if you're trying to save money after the holidays. Some of the options at L3 Limos are as follows.

Remember the Gasparilla events will start from 10-11 am and the extravaganza will continue till 8 pm (depending on the event). The invasion will start at 11.30 and continue till the Tampa Convention Centre at 1:00 pm.
As for the route, the parade will begin at Bay to Bay and Bayshore Blvd. It will continue along downtown to Brorein Street and then turn to Ashley Drive. Finally, the parade will end at Cass Street & Ashely Drive.
